Brophy alum John Ledgerwood has created a cookie tradition in San Diego for 30 years, and now returns to his old stomping grounds to open Uncle Biff’s with the help of some Arizona partners—two of which also are Brophy graduates.

The menu at Uncle Biff’s, 6239 N. 7th St., includes 18 varieties that will be baked fresh throughout the day. The shop uses high-quality chocolates, peanut butter, toffee and more.

A variety of beverages also are available for purchase. There is seating to enjoy your cookie and drink. If you ask about GaGa, you’ll receive a free cookie.

Hours are 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 12-6 p.m. Sundays, but may change depending on customer traffic. Call 602-888-8990 or visit www.unclebiffsarizona.com for more information.
