19North’s community garden will offer an event for children who want to develop green thumbs and hear interesting stories.
A “Story Time and Gardening for Kids with Bookman’s Entertainment Exchange” will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, in the garden at 8215 N. 19th Ave. Bookman’s, a partner of 19North, will lead the storytime and another activity. Kids can play in the preschool play area of the garden every week.
