City of Phoenix downtown buildings are open only for those who make appointments due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

In order to try to offer necessary city services while keeping customers and employees safe, the city is taking these steps to reduce foot traffic in the city’s downtown buildings. As of March 23, only people with appointments for service can get into Phoenix City Hall, the Calvin C. Goode Municipal Building and the Public Transit Department administration building.

Phoenix City Council meetings are audience-free. Watch them online and provide comments through email or phone. Several other city services and programs are suspended. For the latest updates, visit phoenix.gov.
