You can feast on tea and treats from the comfort and safety of home while helping support non-profit organization Duet at a virtual event.

Duet’s 30th Annual Poinsettia Tea will be held online from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6 in order to keep participants safe in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Anyone who registers for the event by Sunday, Nov. 15 will have the choice of receiving an unusual Poinsettia Package with tea, coffee, sweets and prizes.

Stories about how Duet has impacted the community will be shared and guests will be able to hear the festive sounds of The Ames-Apperson Duet. Destry Jetton, “Arizona Midday” host, will serve as the emcee. There will be an online auction and other surprises. Tickets to the tea cost $75 each. All proceeds raised from the tea will support Duet’s health and well-being services that are free-of-charge for family caregivers, grandparents raising grandchildren, homebound adults, and faith communities. SRP is the Platinum sponsor for the tea.
