People with changes in their thinking or memory and their caregivers can dance during the online Memory Café offered on Zoom on Thursday, July 2.
Jewish Family & Children’s Service’s Memory Café normally meets in person but in order to protect participants due to COVID-19, it is being offered online.
This month Michelle Dionisio will lead a movement and dance session from 10 to 11 a.m. Dionisio is a popular instructor with skills in movement and dance for older adults. The movements are designed to do standing or sitting.
This class is free but you must have a computer, tablet, laptop or phone to take part in it. Volunteers are available to help people access Zoom.
To participate in the Memory Café, RSVP to janet.rees@jfcsaz.org.
