The Phoenix city manager is scheduled to present the 2026-27 City Manager’s Trial Budget for Phoenix City Council consideration Tuesday, March 24. The meeting, which will be held at City Council chambers and broadcast online, begins at 2:30 p.m. The Preliminary 5-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) will also be presented.
