There is good news for those who love animals and artwork.

Furry Friends Fine Arts Festival is returning to Shemer Art Center from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, at 5005 E. Camelback Road. Expect to see pieces that more than 20 juried artists have created incorporating an animal theme. Drawings, photography, ceramics and other artwork will be on display. Bring your furry companions for paw readings, find a pet to adopt, listen to live music and enter a raffle for a chance to win prizes.

The festival costs $5 per person or $10 per family while furry friends can attend free of charge. To learn more, visit https://shemerartcenter.org/programming/events.
