Teens and young adults can apply for jobs through the city of Phoenix’s annual Phoenix Youth RISE (Reach and Invest in Summer Employment).

This program offers work experience and paychecks for up to 20 hours over four weeks for a total of 80 hours of employment in the summer. Applications are being taken through May 15.

Young workers will have a chance to explore career opportunities, build their resumes and earn $12.15 per hour. Interns are paid for up to 20 hours of work a week and Phoenix offers basic screening and job training.
