Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, and its sister restaurant Famous 48, debuted lunch specials in mid-January at all 18 Arizona locations. The lunch options will be available Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
S. Barrett Rinzler, founder and CEO of Square One Concepts, the restaurant group of the two concepts, said, “This is the first time we have created lunch menus for our Arizona locations. We want to ‘up the ante’ you might say and offer prime lunch values of the delicious food we’re known for, even while it’s the busy season for visitors. It’s our way of showing appreciation to our local fans and loyal customers during these inflationary times.”
Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers offers all-inclusive lunches for the first time ever with the inclusion of fries or house-made chips for many lunch items. Featured plates include the All American burger (half-pound burger, American cheese, lettuce, slice tomatoes, pickles, served with fries or house-made chips); the Frank-N-Stein (a jumbo char dog, ketchup, mustard, relish, served with fries or house-made chips and a choice of a non-alcoholic beverage or pint of domestic beer); grilled chicken sandwich (with lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, red onion, honey mustard, served with fries or house-made chips); Big Azz nachos (a bed of tortilla chips topped with black beans, roasted pepper cheese sauce, pico de gallo, sliced jalapeños, sour cream, options of chicken, ground chuck or chili for an additional charge); the cheeseburger slider combo (three sliders served with American cheese, caramelized onions and au jus for dipping); chicken Caesar salad (crispy romaine lettuce topped with sliced chicken, grated parmesan, croutons and classic Caesar dressing); and chicken tenders (three crispy chicken tenders served with a side of BBQ sauce).
