Arizona Cocktail Weekend is shaking up the Phoenix drinking scene as it returns for its 13th year of celebrating all things cocktail (photo courtesy of AZCW).

Arizona Cocktail Weekend (AZCW), the three-day event celebrating the craft of the cocktail, will mark its 13th year in 2025 with everything from parties, spirit tastings and educational seminars, to cocktail competitions, drinks specials and more. Taking place Feb. 27 to March 3, three signature events will anchor the event.

The Cocktail Carnival takes place Saturday, March 1, 4-8 p.m., at the revitalized Arizona Center gardens, where guests will enjoy a day of brand showcases, live entertainment, themed booths, performances and interactive activations while sampling more than 30 expertly crafted cocktails. Ticket prices include premium drink samples for this 21 and older event.

The return of “Top Bars” at Warehouse 215 takes place on Sunday, March 2, 9 p.m. to midnight. Sample cocktails by some of the best in the business. The weekend culminates with the bartender throwdown, “Last Slinger Standing,” on Monday, March 3. There also will be brand-driven events including educational seminars, happy hour events, after parties, cocktail dinners and more. These events will take place throughout the weekend at the eight AZCW official participating venues throughout the downtown Phoenix.
