Church will host two community events

Desert Christian Fellowship Church will host two events for the community to enjoy this month.

First up is a free senior’s luncheon and potluck, scheduled for Thursday, March 10, at noon. The St. Patrick’s Day themed event will provide corned beef, cabbage and potatoes; attendees may bring their favorite potluck creation.

The luncheon will also include a guest speaker, Celina Shuh, who will speak on the topic “Decluttering and getting in the right frame of mind.”

Later in the month, Saturday, March 26, is the Spring Fling children’s event.    Held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the free family event will include bounce houses, games, food, music and more.
