Valley families are invited to celebrate the season with Southwest Vocal Alliance’s debut holiday concert, “Warm Wishes,” on Sunday, Dec. 15, at 3 p.m. at Lincoln Heights Christian Church.
This family-friendly show features classic holiday songs performed in the a cappella “Barbershop” style by a local mixed gender chorus. The concert also includes special appearances by talented quartets, holiday treats, raffle prizes and a visit from and pictures with Santa Claus.
Southwest Vocal Alliance rehearses weekly at Orangewood Presbyterian Church and recently performed at First United Methodist Church. The chorus competed this summer at the international level with the Barbershop Harmony Society and will host a regional contest at The Madison in May 2025.
Lincoln Heights Christian Church is located at 2121 E. Lincoln Drive. Tickets are $20 online at www.svabhs.com/holiday24, or at the door. Kids 12 and under attend for free, making it a perfect event for the whole family.
